priviness as a controller retains and processes your personal data in our legitimate interest for the purposes of conducting business with your organisation. Your data is stored for up to 3 years (we may choose to erase it earlier), and we disclose it to our business partners and technology providers where required.

If our personal data is processed in a third country, we use contractual measures or other adequate safeguards (for example, Privacy Shield when we use Google Analytics for cookies). You have qualified rights to access, rectify, and erase your personal data; and to restrict or object to processing, and to supply or transfer your data in a portable format.
